She is graduate in Business Administration and MBA in Management of Personnel, Managerial Development and Coaching, and passionate about Human Resources, Performance and Career solutions. 
 

She served as a Human Resources, Performance and Career Specialist and a Business Partner for several years, responding contractual matters for distinguished companies such as Petrobras, Shell, and Subsea 7, with a remarkable track record in the private sector. 
 

In 2019, Mrs. Jullianne Borges decided to start her own endeavor to assist individuals and companies with Human Resources, Performance and Career Solutions, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 
 

Taking the business further, Mrs. Jullianne Borges consolidated some partnerships, which helped to reach a regional scope in 2021. 
 

In 2023, we completed 4 years of entrepreneurship, innovation, solution, and personnel guidance. However, the dream does not stop! We are readdressing our endeavor to the USA and founded JBHR STRATEGIC SOLUTION LLC. We aim to be even more efficient, reinforcing our purpose, being a strategic business partner, connecting individuals and companies, conquering great results, also increasing our reach, now internationally.
